Appointment Cancellation

When you book your appointment, you are reserving a time slot on my calendar that is no longer available to other students/clients. If cancellation is necessary, notification is required at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow others to access that appointment time.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours prior to the appointed time. A no-show is when someone misses an appointment without canceling. In either case, your pre-paid session will be deducted.

New students/clients who have not yet purchased bulk sessions will not be charged late fees or deductions for obvious reasons. However,  newcomers who repeatedly cancel (2 or more times) will be refused future bookings unless willing to pay in advance. 

Refund Policy 

All provided services are non-refundable under any circumstance, however, if you do wish to discontinue for unforeseen reasons and still have bulk sessions remaining, you are more than welcome to gift or sell your remaining sessions to a friend/acquaintance. (if this applies to you, please get in touch ASAP).

Bulk Session Expiry

Bulk sessions are expected to be completed within a 30 day period and failure to follow this minimum frequency could result in deductions of remaining sessions or even suspension. If you are unable to use all of your sessions within a 30 day period, please consider to gift or sell your remaining sessions to a friend/acquaintance to avoid losing them.
